Tastemaker

We see the fruits of labor before they arrive on a plate. The hands of the aesthete till, seed, weed, water and pluck. We honor them in our dishes by carefully selecting from their body of work. Then we watch the philistine stab and devour what our hands made, sometimes through glass and sometimes through mirror.
